Words cannot describe the love and beauty this family holds dear to their hearts. Whitney was so fun to work with, she knew exactly what she wanted so we began right away developing a Storyboard for her. Over time, I collected Whitney's visions and placed them on a board. The Storyboards are to keep us on track, and while there are photographs other amazing photographers captured, the board is more of an inspiration and reminder. I never copy another photographers art, rather I get inspired by others and most of the time, even if you tried to photograph the same exact picture, it can't be recreated exactly as the owner created. I don't want to anyway, I want to make my own way, create my own art. Hurah!
Whitney opted for flowers in her milk bath. I have seen many things used such as Fruit Loops, Christmas ornaments, Donuts, Fruit, and even glitter but that one I'm not so sure about. I love fresh flowers and greenery. Fruit too. After Whitney's spa experience, she took a nice warm shower and was then ready to go about her day, which probably meant a nap! Being photographed while pregnant can be trying on a woman, depending on how far along one is.
You are probably wondering what is a milk bath like, well Maternity milk bath is like going to the spa! The smells from fresh cut flowers, mixed with spa music leaves one totally relaxed. As you lie in the tub filled with a white substance, I climb around the bathtub photographing from different angles. Milk bath maternity sessions are very unique maternity photographs.
I am going to let the maternity pictures from our maternity studio and maternity milk bath speak for themselves.
I love working with Whitney, Bryan and daughter Wynter. I am honored that you trusted me to capture this amazing time in your lives!
